    Kompaktboy Doppel Deutsch 1 Allgemeines 1.1 Einleitung Diese Gebrauchsanleitung ist gültig für Abwasser-Hebeanlagen der Baureihe Kompakt- boy. Diese Anleitung ermöglicht den sicheren Umgang mit der Hebeanlage. Die Anleitung ist Bestandteil der Hebeanlage und muss in unmittelbarer Nähe der Hebeanlage, für das Personal jederzeit zugänglich, aufbewahrt werden.

    Kompaktboy Doppel Deutsch 2.5 Grundsätzliches Gefährdungspotenzial Die Kreiselpumpen arbeiten im Intervallbetrieb. Thermische Gefährdungen gehen von dem Elektromotor der Kreiselpumpen im ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb nicht aus. In einem Störungsfall kann der Motor allerdings bis zu 110 °C heiß werden und Verbrennungen ver- ursachen.

    Beim Transport ist darauf zu achten, dass die Anlage nicht angestoßen und nicht fallen- gelassen wird. Die Anlage ist immer waagrecht zu transportieren. Die Hebeanlage Kompaktboy Doppel wiegt ca. 76 kg. Für den Transport sind somit immer 2 Personen erforderlich.

    Kompaktboy Doppel Deutsch 4.3 Aufbau und Arbeitsweise Der Sammelbehälter aus Polyethylen dient zum drucklosen Sammeln des Abwassers. Der Sammelbehälter wird durch 4 Befestigungsschrauben auftriebssicher verankert. Niveauschaltung und die Rückschlagklappen (außer bei Typ 3.0). Die Steuerleitung ist an einer Schlauchtülle am Sammelbehälter befestigt und verbindet so das Staurohr mit dem Druckschalter in der Pumpensteuerung.

Die Verwendung von Rohrbelüftern ist nicht zulässig und führt zu Fehlfunktionen der Hebeanlage.

Die Steuerleitung ist stetig steigend und frostsicher zu verlegen. Die Steuerleitung darf nicht verlängert werden. Es ist immer ein durchgehender Pneumatikschlauch 8/6 mm zu verwenden, der maximal 10 m lang sein darf; gege- benenfalls ist ein Kleinkompressor anzuschließen.

    Nach Püfung der Drehrichtung, Verschluss- schraube unbedingt wieder einschrauben und fest anziehen! 6.2 Parametereinstellung der Steuerung Die Hebeanlage Kompaktboy Doppel besitzt eine Niveausteuerung, welche die Pumpen, abhängig vom Wasserstand im Sammelbehälter, ein- bzw. abschaltet. Steuerung 400 V Steuerung 230 V Beachten Sie ergänzend die zusätzliche Gebrauchsanleitung zur Steuerung ZPS 2.

    Kompaktboy Doppel Deutsch Die Hebeanlage Kompaktboy Doppel ist für die Nutzung des unteren Zulaufs (DN 100 in Zulaufhöhe 180 mm) werksseitig vorbereitet. Falls andere Zuläufe verwendet werden, muss die Werkseinstellung der Steuerung entsprechend der Werte der untenstehenden Tabelle geändert werden.

    Kompaktboy Doppel Deutsch 6.4 Optionale Alarmanlage Die Hebeanlage besitzt vier potentialfreie Kontakte, die an eine externe Alarmeinrichtung übergeben werden können. Der Schließerkontakt der Sammelstörung ist max. mit 1 A/230 potentialfreien Kontakte ist in der Gebrauchsanleitung zur Steuerung ZPS 2 dokumentiert.

Es wird empfohlen, dass der Anlagenbetreiber monatlich eine Sichtkontrolle sche der Kreiselpumpe zu achten. Werden Unregelmäßigkeiten bemerkt ist Fachpersonal hinzuziehen.

The collecting tank is anchored by 4 fastening screws against buoyancy. In the collecting tank, there are the hydraulic parts of the pumps, the pitot tube of the level switch and the check valves (except in case of type 3.0).
