ASSEMBLING THE CERAMICS AND FUEL BED

a) Place the insulation mat centrally on to the fuelbed support then place
the ribbed hard ceramic fuelbed base on top of the mat and pull both
fully forwards to the burner. Make sure that the fuelbed base is
located centrally in the fire box. Ensure that both the mat and
fuelbed base fit fully down onto the fuel bed support and are not
lodged on the burner. See fig. 10 below.

b) Position upper fuelbed component on to the locating pegs on the top of
the fuelbed base, ensuring that it is correctly seated as shown below in
fig. 11
