Glossary
The movable highlighted rectangle on the display
screen that indicates the current typing position
where "you" are "at" on the display screen.
A C/PM utility program that provides the facility
for creating files.
Imput ting a keyed val ue to the computer. For
example, in the calculator function, the RETURN key
is used to enter values.
A screen dump option that prints all characters that
are currently displayed on the screen (including
both graphics and text).
Used to exit from Valet functions, and with the
CTRL
key to activate Set-Up Mode.
Calculator function that exchanges the values that
are displayed in the X and Y Registers.
A collection of like records stored under a single
filename, such as a command file or a data file.
