VMD Config for PStack2
Intel® VMD for Volume Management
Select Enable to use the Intel Volume Management Device Technology for this stack.
The options are Disable and Enable.
PCI-E Completion Timeout Disable
Select Enable to enable PCI-E Completion Timeout support for electric tuning. The
options are Yes, No, and Per-Port.
South Bridge
The following South Bridge information will display:
USB Module Version
USB Devices
Legacy USB Support
Select Enabled to support onboard legacy USB devices. Select Auto to disable legacy
support. If there is no legacy USB device present, select Disabled to have all USB devices
available for EFI applications only. The options are Enabled, Disabled and Auto.
XHCI Hand-Off
This is a work-around solution for operating systems that do not support XHCI (Extensible
Host Controller Interface) hand-off. The XHCI ownership change should be claimed by the
XHCI driver. The options are Enabled and Disabled.
Port 60/64 Emulation
Select Enabled for I/O port 60h/64h emulation support, which in turn, will provide complete
legacy USB keyboard support for the operating systems that do not support legacy USB
devices. The options are Enabled and Disabled.
RSA Support
This feature allows the user to enable and disable Intel Rack Scale Architecture support.
The options are Enabled and Disabled.
SATA And RST Configuration
SATA Controller(s)
This feature enables or disables the onboard SATA controller supported by the Intel PCH
chip. The options are Enable and Disable.
