Functional diagrams for disturbance recorder

The START and the OPERATE outputs from the protection stages are routed to trigger
the disturbance recorder or, alternatively, only to be recorded by the disturbance
recorder depending on the parameter settings. Additionally, the selected signals from
different functions and the few binary inputs are also connected to the disturbance
recorder.

Functional diagrams for condition monitoring

Failures in phase current measuring circuits are detected by CCSPVC1. When a
failure is detected, it can be used to block current protection functions that are
measuring calculated sequence component currents or residual current to avoid
unnecessary operation.
