Petrol Fuel Standpipe

Version 1
Remove fuel-tank sending unit 1 in accord-
ance with manufacturer's instructions. Watch
drilling chips while drilling.
Mount large diameter washer 2 outer dia. = 17.6mm,
copy 6mm dia. hole pattern.

Cut standpipe 1 at an angle.

Observe tightening torque 5 Nm of flanged
nut 6 on fuel standpipe 7 .

Mount 3.5 mm dia. moulded hose 4 on fuel
standpipe 7 .

Mount fuel-tank sending unit 4 in accordance
with manufacturer's instructions.
Mount 3.5 mm dia. hose 1 on fuel standpipe 3.
