Wiring DC Conductors
Electric Shock Hazard
Components with hazardous voltage and energy will electrocute operator.
Verify the absence of DC voltage and current.
Turn DC Disconnect to OFF
Verify the absence of DC voltage and current.
Open Fuse Holders
Verify the absence of DC voltage and current.
Check Polarity of DC Inputs
DC inputs with the wrong polarity may cause damage to the inverter.
Check for proper polarity with a multimeter.
Use Correct Fuses
Make sure to size the fuses according to all NEC requirements.
If using 30 A fuses, skip every other fuse holder – DO NOT place 30 A fuses next to
each other.
