Causes subsequent characters to be printed in double-strike mode with
a slight vertical paper motion in between, causing a thickening of horizontal
strokes. For bold print, use of double-strike is recommended in NLQ mode,
and combined use of emphasized and double-strike is recommended in draft
mode. Double-strike cannot be used with superscripts or subscripts.
