10.3 Protection against UV radiation

Various insulating materials are sensitive to ultraviolet radiation. Insulating equipment (test unit and
test prods) should therefore not be exposed to direct sunlight longer than necessary.

11. Replacement parts

The user must not replace or change any components except for the sealing ring, threaded ring and
batteries (see Table 4).
Replace worn out, ripped or brittle sealing rings by original DEHN sealing rings.

12. Damage

If phase comparators are damaged or inoperable / not in good order and condition, remove them from
service and immediately send them to DEHN + SÖHNE for repair. Damaged devices must not be used
any more.
