  • Page 7 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Before assembling the barbecue, read these Instructions carefully. Assemble the barbecue on a flat, clean surface. The barbecue is heavy. NOTE: Do not fully tighten all the nuts during the initial stages of assembly. Caution: Sheet metal can cause injury. Wear gloves when assembling the barbecue. Step 1 Use 16pcs M6*12 screw (25) to fix 2pcs castor with brake (15)
  • Page 8 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Step 3 Use 8pcs M6*12 screw (25) to fix the cabinet rear panel (16) onto base panel, cabinet left side panel and cabinet right side panel. Step 4A Use 4pcs ST4.2*10 screw (27) to fix the door beam assembly (20) between two cabinet side panels, as shown.
  • Page 9 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Step 4B Using 1pc ST4.2*9.5 screw to fasten one side of baffle plate bracket to cabinet rear panel left side, and using 1pc M4 locking nut and 1pc M4*10 screw to fasten the other side of baffle plate bracket to cabinet base panel.
  • Page 10 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Step 5B To fit the cabinet doors (21, 22), insert the fixed bottom pin into the base panel as shown in the picture, then insert the upper pin into the door beam bracket. Step 6 Note: We recommend two people complete this step.
  • Page 11 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Step 7 Use 2pcs M5*8 screw (28) to fix the handle assembly (13) onto the side shelf assembly. Step 8 Take away the side burner trivet, unscrew 2pcs M4*5 screw and nut, remove the side burner.
  • Page 12 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Step 9 Use 2pcs M5*8 screw (28) to fix the handle assembly (13) onto the side shelf assembly hotizontally. Step 10 Loosen 4pcs screws located on the firebox right side panel by about 6mm. M6*12 Attach the side shelf by inserting the four screwheads on the side of the firebox into the holes on the side shelf.
  • Page 13 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Step 11 Use 2pcs M4*10 screw (4) to fix the knob bezel into valve and tighten, then install the control knob. Step 12 Install the side burner using 2 pcs screw M4x5. Put the trivet back.
  • Page 14 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Step 13 Attach one end of the side burner wire to the terminal of the side burner electrode. Insert the five (5) wires coming out from the side of the firebox and the side burner wire into the igniter terminals at the rear of the electronic igniter.
