Portable Device Manager:
A management tool for devices where to download software, set up
parameters, templates etc. It is a Windows version that runs on a pc.
Centralized Portable Device Manager:
A system version with more features than the PDM. It runs on a ELISE2
hardware and is manageable from a pc with network communication.
