User Set Access
You can use the User Set Access command to change the access rights of a user
relating to the RCA commands.
Access rights:
USER
Syntax:
username> ACCESS=[+|-]<access>
USER SET <
ACCESS=<access>
ACCESS=+<access>
ACCESS=-<access>
Parameters:
username
User name
access
Access rights for RCA command groups. Several access rights
can be defined with a single command call. The individual defini-
tions must be separated by commas.

specified rights.
Restricts a user's existing access rights by the
