RCA commands
Valid values include:
P<n>
P<x-y>

User Set Password
You can use this command to change the password of an RCA user, i.e. the
user has to use the new password the next time he/she logs in.
Access rights:
None to change own password.
USER to change the password of another user.
Syntax:
USER SET [<
Parameters:
username
User name. Must be specified if another user's password is to be
changed.
password
Comprises 3-16 alphanumeric characters – case sensitive.

The input of the new password is shown on the screen. It is
therefore recommended for security reasons to clear the screen
immediately when the command has ended.
