CSM Ports

CSM Ports

The CSM has two ports: the (Ethernet) Management port and the Console port.

Management Port

The Management port supports half and full duplex communication via 10/100 or
autonegotiated Ethernet. The Management port provides a channel to download software
and configuration images and manage the system. This port is provisioned with an RJ45
connector on the front panel. You must provide a CAT5 Ethernet cable to connect to the
port.
