WIRELESS REORIENTATION DETECTOR

The wireless ARD-100 detector can sense a change in orientation of the protected object.
The detector is designed for use as part of the ABAX two-way wireless system. This manual
applies to the detector with firmware version 5.00, which is supported by:
 ACU-120 / ACU-270 controller,
 ACU-100 / ACU-250 controller with firmware version 4.03 2014-05-15 (or newer),
 ARU-100 repeater with firmware version 2.00 2014-05-15 (or newer),
 INTEGRA 128-WRL control panel with firmware version 1.12 2013-12-20 (or newer).

3. Description

Employed in the detector is an accelerometer, which analyzes acceleration and gravitation.
The detector remembers position at the moment of being switched into active mode or
starting the test mode. Changing the position against the remembered one will cause an
alarm. Fig. 1 shows the changes in orientation that can be sensed by the detector.
