Tool parameter 24: Clearance angle

Certain turning cycles, in which traversing motions with relief cuts are generated, monitor the
clearance angle of the active tool for possible contour violation.

The clearance angle is entered in tool parameter 24.
Value range: 0° ... 90° (without sign)
Note
If a clearance angle of zero is entered in tool parameter 24, then relief cuts are not monitored
in the turning cycles.
