1.4.5 Circuit Breaker Withdrawal
Preparation
- Motor operator
If a motorized spring charging unit is installed
rack the breaker to the disconnect position, then
close and trip the breaker to discharge the
closing springs.
Otherwise the motor will recharge the springs
automatically.
— Remove any padlocks from the racking panel.
— Ensure the cabinet/panel door is closed.
Operation:
1. Remove the racking handle from its storage
location (Fig. 1.7b).
2. Pull out the torque bar from inside the handle
and extend the grip arm (Fig. 1.7).
3. Turn the EntelliGuard device OFF. A safety
device ensures that the racking aperture shutter
cannot be opened whilst the device is NOT in it's

Ensure the circuit breaker has been tripped,
indicating OFF, and the main springs are fully
discharged.
OFF position.
4. Open the racking aperture shutter fully using
a flat screwdriver (see Fig. 1.7d).
5. Insert the racking handle and rotate it in a
counter clockwise direction. This will cause the
position indicator and device to move from the
CONNECTED to the TEST and DISCONNECTED
position.
NOTICE:
When the racking handle is inserted
in the racking shaft, the circuit breaker cannot
be operated in any position between
CONNECTED and DISCONNECTED.
Removing the handle automatically resets the
racking handle shutter.
6. From the DISCONNECTED position, continue
turning the racking handle anti-clockwise until
reaching a positive stop.
NOTICE:
Ensure that the closing springs are
fully discharged (spring charge indicator should
show 'Discharged') before attempting to
withdraw from the DISCONNECTED position.
7. The circuit breaker is now in the maintenance
position (Fig. 1.6).
In this position the cabinet/panel door can be
opened and means for lifting can be attached to
the lifting hooks which can be pulled out from
the left and right top of the breaker

1.4.5 Extração do Disjuntor
Preparação
- Mecanismo motorizado
Se o mecanismo de carregamento motorizado
está instalado, coloque o disjuntor na posição
desconectado, depois feche e dispare o disjuntor
para descarregar as molas.
De outra maneira o motor vai carregar as molas
automaticamente.
-- Remova quaisquer bloqueios do painel de
extração do chassi.
-- Assegure-se que a porta do painel/armário
está fechada.
Operação:
1. Remova a manivela de extração do seu
compartimento (Fig. 1.7b).
2. Puxe a barra do interior da manivela e
estenda o braço desta. (Fig. 1.7).
3. Abra o aparelho EntelliGuard para a posição
OFF. Um dispositivo de segurança garante que a
abertura para a manivela não se pode abrir até

OFF, e as molas principais estão completamente
descarregadas.
que o aparelho NÃO tenha sido colocado na
posição OFF (Aberto).
4. Abra por completo a abertura de inserção da
manivela usando uma chave de fendas plana
(ver Fig. 1.7d).
5. Insira a manivela de extração e gire-a no
sentido anti-horário. Desta forma o indicador de
posição e o dispositivo mudarão da posição
CONECTADO à de TESTE e então à
DESCONECTADO.
AVISO:
Quando a manivela de extração está
inserida para operação, o disjuntor não pode ser
operado em nenhuma posição entre
CONECTADO e DESCONECTADO.
Removendo a manivela automaticamente é
reposto o obturador da janela de operação.
6. A partir da posição DESCONECTADO, continue
a rodar a manivela de extração no sentido anti-
horário até que atinja o final.
AVISO:
Assegure-se que as molas de
fechamento estão completamente
descarregadas (o indicador de carga das molas
deve mostrar 'Discharged') antes de extrair da
posição DESCONECTADO.
7. O disjuntor está agora na posição de
manutenção (Fig. 1.6).
Nesta posição a porta do armário / painel pode
ser aberta e podem ser usados meios para
içamento usando os ganchos de elevação que
podem ser puxados para fora , localizados a
esquerda e direita no topo do disjuntor.

1.4.5 Wysunięcie wyłącznika
Przygotowanie
- Napęd silnikowy
Jeśli zastosowany jest napęd silnikowy należy
wysunąć wyłącznik do pozycji odłączenia,
następnie zamknąć i wyzwolić (otworzyć)
wyłącznik, aby rozluźnić sprężyny zamykające.
W przeciwnym wypadku silnik będzie
automatycznie naciągać sprężyny.
--- Usunąć wszystkie kłódki z panela napędu
wsuwania.
--- Dopilnować, aby drzwi rozdzielnicy / szafy
były zamknięte.
Wykonanie operacji:
1. Wyjąć korbę ze schowka (Fot. 1.7b).
2. Wyciągnąć drążek skrętny z rączki i rozłożyć
korbę (Fot. 1.7).
3. Otworzyć aparat EntelliGuard (pozycja OFF).
Mechanizm bezpieczeństwa uniemożliwia
otwarcie przesłony otworu korby gdy aparat NIE
jest w pozycji OFF.
Należy sprawdzić czy wyłącznik został
wyzwolony (otwarty), wskazuje pozycję OFF
(WYŁ.), a główne sprężyny są całkowicie luźne.
4. Otworzyć całkowicie przesłonę otworu korby
używając wkrętaka płaskiego (Fot. 1.7d).
5. Włożyć korbę i obracać w kierunku
przeciwnym do ruchu wskazówek zegara.
Spowoduje to przesunięcie wskaźnika położenia
z pozycji PRACA, a następnie do położeń PRÓBA i
ODŁĄCZONY.
UWAGA:
Jeśli korba jest wsunięta do wałka
przesuwu nie można wykonywać operacji
łączeniowych gdy wyłącznik znajduje się w
jakimkolwiek położeniu między PRACA i
ODŁĄCZONY.
Wyjęcie korby automatycznie odblokowuje
przesłonę otworu korby.
6. Od położenia ODŁĄCZONY kontynuować
obracanie korby przeciwnie do wskazówek
zegara, aż do zatrzymania.
UWAGA:
Przed wysuwaniem z położenia
ODŁĄCZONY dopilnować, aby sprężyny
zamykające były całkowicie rozluźnione
(wskaźnik zazbrojenia powinien wskazywać
"Rozbrojony" ("Discharged")).
7. Wyłącznik jest teraz w położeniu
konserwacyjnym (Fot.1.6).
Przy tym położeniu aparatu można otworzyć
drzwi rozdzielnicy / szafy i użyć podnośnika,
chwytając za uchwyty transportowe wyciągane
z górnej części wyłącznika po lewej i prawej
stronie.
