Procedure
1. Place the touch pad on the palm-rest assembly.
2. Slide the tabs on the touch-pad bracket into the slots on the palm-rest assembly.
3. Align the screw holes on the touch-pad bracket with the screw holes on the palm-rest assembly.
4. Replace the screws that secure the touch-pad bracket to the palm-rest assembly.
5. Adhere the tape over the touch-pad bracket.
6. Connect the touch-pad cable to the touch pad.
Post-requisites
1. Replace the system board.
2. Replace the heat-sink assembly.
3. Replace the IO board.
4. Replace the wireless card.
5. Replace the memory module.
