Before you start
• Turn on your TV and set it to the video channel.

Insert a SmartFile tape.
The SMARTFILE indicator lights up on the VCR.

Press MENU and select SMARTFILE EDIT,
then press OK.
The SMARTFILE EDIT menu appears.
