FINAL AMPLIFIER MOUNTING (2018.5 Turbo S & 2019 Models)
Now that the system is tested and tuned, if you have a 2018.5 Turbo S or 2019+ model RZR, you'll now be
ready to finalize the amplifier mounting and complete the install.This will be much like the earlier trial fitting
on page 15, but the hardware will be fully tightened and the wiring zip tied neatly in place.
STEP 1 – SET THE ECU AND BRACKET BACK IN PLACE
Set the Dynamics ECU and ECU mounting bracket (if present) back in its original placement ensuring the
wiring intended for the amplifier harness is still routed through the gap area at the forward section of the
bracket. Replace the two (2) 10mm rear bolts (nearest the dashboard) as shown in Figure 20-1 and fully
tighten them.
STEP 2 – FINAL FITTING THE DUAL AMP PLATE
Carefully place the amplifier plate into position atop the ECU bracket as shown in Figure 20-2. Be sure the
wiring harness and connectors are all intact and nothing has come unplugged. Replace the remaining two
(2) 10mm bolts from the ECU bracket to secure the dual amp plate in its final position.
STEP 3 – SECURE WIRIING HARNESS
Secure the wiring harness with zip ties to complete the installation. Ensure the routing of the harness avoids
contact with any sources of heat or moving parts. Should the ECU (if present) ever need servicing, be sure
to leave enough slack in the harness so that the amp plate can be removed and either set aside or flipped
over as it was during intial fitting.
