Grill
Step 1. Switch on.
Step 2. Press the "+" button to select Grill.
Step 3. Press the "Temperature" button.
Step 4. Press the "+" button to increase the temperature.
Step 5. Press the "-" button to decrease the temperature.
Once set the display will stop flashing.

Fan Assisted Grill
Step 1. Switch on.
Step 2. Press the "+" button to select Fan Assisted Grill.
Step 3. Press the "Temperature" button.
Step 4. Press the "+" button to increase the temperature.
Step 5. Press the "-" button to decrease the temperature.
Once set the display will stop flashing.
