TROUBLE SHOOTING
Symptom
1. Typically happens after a Refill /
Engine
Adulterated / Water in Fuel.
Misfires &
Runs
2. Motorcycle driven in Low gear / High RPM
Erratically /
/ Crowded places for long time.
Stops
Engine RPM raises disproportionately to
motorcycle speed.
Poor Pickup
Rear Chain excessively loose causing chain
to slip on Sprocket.
Observations
Check for / Remedy
Drain out entire fuel and Refill with fresh fuel from a
reputed filling station.
Excessive Engine temperature. Switch 'OFF' Engine
and allow to cool down.
Check if the MIL Lamp is glowing; If yes, Contact
Authorised Service Center.
Clutch is Slipping. Check for sticky clutch /
clutch not having any free play.
Adjust Rear chain to correct tension.
Check if the MIL Lamp is glowing; If yes, Contact
Authorised Service Center.
