CD drawer


A brief press on the knob opens and closes the "System Configuration
menu"
(see chapter "Basic settings of the PDT 3100 HV").

When the disc drawer is open, turn this knob to select the preferred
playback mode (layer) for SACD playback.
(see the chapter entitled "Special features with Super Audio CD")
During playback, tracks can be selected by turning this control; the selected
track appears on the screen. As soon as the track number you are seeking
lights up, you can start the track by pressing this control.

Please ensure that nothing - such as your fingers or any object - gets into the
drawer, or comes between the drawer fascia and the device.
Operating the Open/Close button a second time stops the drawer
immediately, and reverses its direction of travel.
The CD drawer is located below the screen. Lay the disc on the disc support,
with the printed side facing up, and secure it with the stabiliser (puck)
supplied in the set.
