Step 7 (Optional) Configure Comparison Failed Prompt, Upload to monitoring center when

Comparison Failed Prompt: The prompt will show in live view Target Detection (Facial

Detection) when human face comparison failed.
Upload to monitoring center when comparison failed: Check it to upload the captured human

face picture to monitoring center when human face comparison failed.
Enable Alarm Output Pulse: If you want to trigger alarm output when comparison succeeded,

check Enable Alarm Output Pulse before configuring trigger alarm output in Linkage Action
interface.
Step 8 Select face picture libraries and set similarity.
Step 9 Set the arming schedule. Refer to Chapter 11.1 Configure Arming Schedule.
Step 10 Set the linkage actions. Refer to Chapter 11.2 Configure Alarm Linkage Actions.
Step 11 (Optional) Configure Face Rating Configuration parameters, including Confidence Interval of
Facial Feature, Pupil Distance, Tilt Angel (˚), and Pan Angel (˚).

It is suggested to configure Face Rating Configuration with high frequency people detection.
Otherwise, it is recommended to use the default parameters.
1) Check Enable Face Rating.
2) Set the Confidence Interval of Facial Feature, Pupil Distance, Tilt Angel (˚), and Pan Angel
(˚).
− Confidence Interval of Facial Feature: The accuracy rate of facial feature. Higher rate will
bring higher facial feature accuracy.
− Pupil Distance: The distance between two pupils.
− Tilt Angel: The tilt angle of the face.
− Pan Angel: The pan angel of the face.
− High Rating: The device will use high rating pictures for face picture comparison alarm and
stranger alarm.
− Medium Rating: The device will use medium rating pictures for face picture comparison
alarm.
− Low Rating: The device will not use low rating pictures for any alarm.
