Troubleshooting
6.1

Error messages

Error displayed
Maximum volume reached.
Expired calibration.
Data logger empty.
All data will be erased.
Printing error.
PC not connected.
Unstable pH reading.
Cause
The maximum volume is reached
before the titration is completed. The
titration is cancelled automatically.
Validity of calibration has expired.
No results are stored or no results
match the search filter.
All data in the data log will be erased.
Printer is connected but not activated.
Computer is activated but not
connected.
Defective pH electrode and/or
insufficient immersion.
Resolution
Empty the titration cell and restart the
titration.
Perform new calibration.
Change the search filter criteria.
Switch on the printer.
Check the computer connection.
Check electrode according to
manufacturer recommendations,
maintain electrode as required.
Check porous pin is covered by sample.
