Replacing the Power Distributor

Note. You can order a new power supply using ICC part number NXAMP7-PSM.
1. The power distributor provides failover and power supply redundancy and is pre-installed in the
chassis. Follow these steps to replace the power distributor.
2. Close all of your applications and shut down Windows.
3. Remove all cable connections to the power supply from the motherboard, backplane, and other
components.
4. Remove both power supply modules.
5. Remove the screws securing the power distributor.
6. Gently pull the power distributor from the chassis. Gently guide all the cables through the power
distributor housing.
7. Slide the new power distributor module into the power housing. Make sure that your slide the
cables through the bottom of the housing.
8. Reconnect all power cables, replace the power supply, and insert the plug into the wall.
