Accessing Nexio Config

Accessing Nexio Config
You must download and register your Nexio software before you can access the Nexio Config software
configuration tool. To launch the configuration tool, double-click the Nexio Config icon on the desktop
of your server.

Creating LLM RAID Sets

Once your Nexio software is downloaded and registered, you can start the LLM and create your RAID
set.
AMP Gen-7 HDI
When you set up an AMP Gen-7 HDI device for the first time, you must create your RAID set using the
LLM. When you are done, you must close the LLM and re-launch it.
The HDI device comes with either 8 or 16 drives. Here the RAID type should be RAID-6 which will require
2 parity disks.
