Using the Freeze
Function
Using the Picture Off
Function
You can use this feature to write down information
such as phone numbers,
recipes, etc.
The Picture Off function
lets you enjoy music from
radio programs
of digital broadcasts
or DVDs with
the TV screen turned off.
FREEZE
PIC OFF
When the program
information
you want to capture
is displayed,
press FREEZE.
The picture freezes. Press FREEZE
again, and the
frozen picture is released, and the picture begins to
move again.
Press PIC OFF.
The Igl (Picture oft) LED lights up in blue and the
screen turns off.
FREEZE
Call 555-1234
Frozen picture
PICOFF
To cancel and return to normal viewing,
press any
button except for VOL +/-, POWER,
MUTING
MTS/SAP,
and Effect.
Tips
• While the picture is frozen, the sound continues to be output
normally.
• The fi'ozen picture is released after 5 minutes.
