Twin pilots The pressure distributor pilot is mounted directly on top of the V132, in this case inlet water is the control fluid and feeds the pilot circuit from the top collector. Valve configuration Knowing the volume of resin, tank size and specifications of the resin, it is possible to determine the required valve configuration. The resin specification will give the backwash velocity, as well as the brine draw and slow rinse velocity that must be respected in order to ensure a proper regeneration of the unit.

In case of heat welding (metal type connection), the connections should not be made to the valve when soldering.

Bypass valves isolate the conditioner from the water system and allow unconditioned water to be used. Service or routine maintenance procedures may also require the system to be bypassed.
