As RS-232 can be transmitted bi-directionally between the switch and the HDBaseT receiver, it is able to
control a third-party RS-232 device locally or control the switch bi-directionally.
1) Control the Switch or 3rd Party Device from the local side
2) Control the Switch or 3rd Party Device from remote Receiver
