Problem/Requirement
If data is saved by setting [Sort/Group]
to [Group] and the number of copies to
[1] using the plug-in driver, it is auto-
matically changed to [Sort] when RIP
operation starts in Job Centro.
Color bar and setting information
should be printed in all pages for poster
printing.
The page specified with the Duplex
command should be printed on the
front side.
The setting information or color bar
printing position has been changed at
the time of printing by PageScope Di-
rect Print, AccurioPro Hot Folder, or
Job Centro.
This phenomenon occurs when the
original orientation (portrait or land-
scape) is changed.
• Original in portrait mode => When
[Original Orientation] is set to Land-
scape, this phenomenon occurs.
• Original in landscape mode =>
When [Original Orientation] is set to
Portrait, this phenomenon occurs.
Software Switch Setting
Solution reached when turned On
We take measures so that it is not
changed to [Sort] by setting to On.
Setting value
When the number of copies is set to "1"
and [Group] is selected:
[Off]: Changed to the [Sort] setting
[On]: Remains set to [Group].
Restrictions
If [Sort] is selected from the application,
Word, using the PPD driver when On is
selected, it is forcibly changed to
[Group].
Setting value:
When banner pages are specified in
poster printing, information is printed
as follows.
[Off]: Prints color bar and setting infor-
mation only in banner pages.
[On]: Prints color bar and setting infor-
mation in all pages.
Restrictions
• This option is available only when
PDL is set to PS or PDF.
• This option is available only for jobs
from AccurioPro Hot Folder or Pag-
eScope Direct Print.
• If Re-RIP Print, Re-RIP Store, Re-
store, or Job Reset is select in Job
Centro, configuration information is
reset.
• If [On] is selected, Software Switch
131 is forcibly set to [Off].
The page specified with the Duplex
command is printed on the front side.
Restrictions
• PDL is only supported for PS and
PDF (CPSI).
The specifications related to the setting
information or color bar printing posi-
tion is changed from version 3.0.
Version 2.0 or earlier: The printing posi-
tion is different from that for the Plug-in
driver.
Version 3.0 or later: All the printing po-
sitions are the same with the Plug-in
driver.
You can use this switch to select the
setting information or color bar printing
position.
Setting value
[Off]: The setting information or color
bar printing position is the same as that
for the Plug-in driver. (Default position
from version 3.0)
[On]: The setting information or color
bar printing position is different from
that for the Plug-in driver. (Default posi-
tion of up to version 2.0)
