When IC503 pin 5 is open,
Is there Tray drive
signal output?
NO
Replace IC503 (M62352).
(Tray open/close doesn't work)
Check pattern between IC202 pin
NO
52 and SW302. If it's OK, replace
Is there Tray
YES
drive voltage output?
(IC901 pin 31, 32)
YES
Check Tray Connector, Motor Line,
Mechanism. If it's OK, Replace
Motor.
NO
Check the pattern, then repair it.
YES
Check TRAY_CTL pattern.
(IC503 pin5, IC901 pin 7)
SW302.
NO
Check TRAY_MUTE and related
Is IC901 pin 6 "H" ?
(TRAY_MUTE)
NO
YES
circuit. Then, repair it.
Replace IC901 (LA6543).
