PUT OIL IN ENGINE BEFORE STARTING. BATTERY NOT INCLUDED WITH UNIT. Your Billy Goat is shipped from the factory in one carton and is completely assembled except for the exhaust elbow, nozzle, handle loop for nozzle, hose boom, hose band, hose coupler, hose clamps and related hardware.

OPERATION ADJUSTING HOSE BOOM: Properly adjusting the boom will prevent most hose clogs from occurring and will maximize vacuum performance by keeping the hose straight and perpendicular to the housing (see fig. 5). Hose Bands. Hose Stretch hose out before clamping.
