    The communicator mounting surface must be perfectly flat, for details see Section 2.3 Mounting The green Ethernet port LED starts flashing on LiftIP to indicate that the LAN and power supply/PoE have been connected. Once connected, LiftIP gets the IP address from the DHCP server.

  • Page 25 Basic connection You can use any indicators (illuminated pictograms, e.g.) for basic connection. An ® external power supply provides a sufficient indicator brightness level. As 2N LiftIP contains only switches, connect a circuit for current limitation if necessary, even if LEDs are used.

Connect the induction loop to the LiftIP back connector. Polarity is arbitrary. The induction loop can be part of the delivery including a 4 m cable if agreed so.
