Testing the Printer(s)

Operator's Guide
To test the printer, perform the following steps:
1.
Load five expendable 8.5 by 11-inch data collection
sheets in the input tray. (Do not use Calibration
Sheets as you may need them in the future.)
2.
Hold down (at the same time) the left and right
buttons found under the display panel for about
five seconds to enter the background menu. When
the Background Menu message appears briefly,
release the buttons.
3.
Press the Next button five times or until you reach
the following menu item.
4.
Press Enter to enter the Diagnostics menu. The
following menu item appears.
5.
Press Run to run the Feed/Print test.
