Turning the Printer(s) On Or Off

Press the Next button three times or until you
reach the following menu item.

Press Enter to enter the Defaults menu.

Press Next two times or until you reach the
following menu item.
Where <Status> =
• On
• Off

To print, the printer status should be On. To
suppress printing, the status should be Off. Press
Change if you want to change the printer status.
6.
Once you have the printer status set the way you
want it, press Next seven times or until you reach
the following menu item.
7.
Press Exit to exit the background menu.
