The memory function allows you to save the times and
heat settings needed for a recipe and enables you to
access them at any time.
The memory function is useful if a certain recipe is
prepared quite frequently and requires different heat
settings.
When preparing the dish it is important that the
conditions are the same as when the recipe was
stored,
e.g: the same pan, the same amount of
food and the same initial temperature.
1.
Set the type of heating, temperature and possibly
the cooking time for a dish or choose a program
2.
Press the l switch and select the number of the
setting that you wish to change using the control
knob
3.
Press the l switch for a few seconds until the Ñ
symbol lights up
The memory program has been saved correctly and
may be reactivated at any time.
On registering a new program, the previous one is
overwritten.
Access the memory program when you wish to cook
a new dish that is already stored.
1.
Press the l switch. The previously saved memory
program is displayed.
2.
Select a memory program using the control knob
and press the @ switch. The selected memory
program begins.
