The rapid heating function is not suitable for all types
of heating.
› = 3D hot air
% = Top and bottom heat

= Wood-fire oven
& = Intense heat
A long acoustic signal indicates that the type of
heating selected is not appropriate for this function.
The rapid heating function only works when the
temperature selected is greater than 100ºC.
1.
Press the rapid heating switch d. The d symbol
and the selected temperature appear.

Press the @ switch. The dashes on the
temperature indicator light up. The rapid heating
function has ended when all the dashes are lit up.
A short signal sounds. The d symbol goes off. The
food can now be placed inside the oven.
Press the d switch. The d symbol disappears from
the display.
The rapid heating function switches off if the type of
heating is changed. If a cooking time has been
selected, this will begin to count down independently
of the rapid heating function. To obtain uniform
cooking, place the food in the oven once rapid
heating has ended.
