The dashes on the temperature control indicate the
heat level or residual heat in the oven interior.
After the oven has been switched on the temperature
control displays the different heat levels. All dashes
appear on the display when the selected temperature
has been reached.
All the dashes appear when the grill is in use.
Once the oven is switched off, the dashes indicate
that there is still residual heat in the oven interior. If all
the dashes are lit up the temperature inside the oven
is approximately 270ºC. The display goes off when the
temperature is below 60ºC approximately.
A fan and a light are fitted inside the oven, to avoid the
risk of overheating.
The oven light remains on until the oven is turned off.
However if the temperature inside the oven is lower
than 60º C the light turns off. In this way, the
temperature remains always under control.
The fan can be turned on and off as necessary. The
hot air escapes through the top of the door. Please
note: Do not cover the vent. The oven could overheat.
Although the oven is switched off, the fan remains
turned on for a certain time, to ensure a faster cooling
of the oven. For more information please refer to the
Changing the basic settings chapter.
