ENGINE ELECTRICAL

Disconnect the negative battery cable.

Disengage the relay-to-ignition switch electrical connector.

Disengage the relay-to-ignition switch electrical connector-early model 2.5L shown

Disconnect the nut retaining the relay-to-starter and relay-to-battery electrical

Unfasten the nut retaining the starter and battery connections-early model 2.5L shown

Disconnect the retaining screws, then remove the relay from the vehicle.
