Alternator assembly-3.0L and 3.2L SHO vehicles through 1993
To install:
5. Position the alternator in the vehicle, then install the three mounting bolts. Tighten
the front bolt to 36-53 ft. lbs. (48-72 Nm) and the rear bolts to 26-36 ft. lbs. (34-50
Nm).
6. Install the alternator belt, then set the belt tension to 148-191 lbs. (658-854 N) for a
