If you are using Windows 98/Me, the option of [Separator page] is disabled
for printing.

When printed properly, click [Yes].
NOTE
If the test page is not printed properly, uninstall the CAPT software (See
"When Installation Fails," on p. 27.), restart the computer, and then start
the installation procedure again.
The printer is ready to print.
Read the User's Guide to use the printer to its full extent.

When Installation Fails

When an error occurs during installation or the test page is not printed properly,
uninstall the CAPT software, (See "Uninstalling the USB Class Driver," on p. 27
or "Uninstalling the CAPT Software," on p. 29), and then start the installation
procedure again.
Uninstalling the USB Class Driver

Confirm that the computer is connected to the printer with
the USB cable, and the printer is turned ON.

Select [Start] menu © [Settings] © [Control Panel], then
double-click the [System] icon.
For Windows XP Professional: Click [Start] menu © [Control Panel] © [System].
For Windows XP Home Edition: Click [Start] menu © [Control Panel] © [Printers
and Other Hardware] © [System].
