Preventing accidental
erasure
– Image protection
To prevent accidental erasure of important
images, you can protect selected images.
The POWER switch should be set to
Operate by touching the panel.
(1) Press INDEX.
(2) Press - MARK. The screen to protect the
image appears.
(3) Press the image you want to protect. A -
indicator appears above the protected image.

To return to FN
Press EXIT.
To cancel image protection
Press the image you want to cancel image
protection in Step 3 again.
The - indicator disappears from the image.
Note
Formatting erases all information on the
"Memory Stick," including the protected image
data. Check the contents of the "Memory Stick"
before formatting.
If the write-protect tab on the "Memory Stick"
is set to LOCK
You cannot set or cancel protection on images.

Appuyez sur EXIT.
Pour annuler la protection d'une
image
Appuyez de nouveau sur l'image dont vous
voulez annuler la protection à l'étape 3.
L'indicateur - disparaît de l'écran.
Remarque
Le formatage supprime toutes les données
enregistrées sur le « Memory Stick », y compris
les données d'image protégées. Vérifiez le
contenu du « Memory Stick » avant de le
formater.
Si le taquet d'interdiction en écriture du
« Memory Stick » est réglé sur LOCK.
Vous ne pouvez pas activer ou annuler la
protection des images.
