OPERATING PROCEDURE

7. Removing the turbo fan motor

(1) Remove the intake grille and the filter. (See Procedure 1.)
(2) Remove the electrical box cover. (See Procedure 2.)
(3) Disconnect the connectors. (Refer to procedure 4.)
(4) Remove the electrical box. (See Procedure 5.)
(5) Remove the turbo fan. (See Procedure 6.)
(6) Remove the 2 lead wire cover fixing screws (tapping
screw: 4 × 10) to remove the lead wire cover. (See Photo
10.)
(7) Loosen the 2 clamps.
(8) Remove the 3 nuts and washers.
(9) Remove the turbo fan from the motor shaft.
(10) Remove the 3 rubber mounts.

Note: When re-attaching the motor mount, make sure that the thicker
end faces the motor shaft.

8. Removing the grille

(1) Remove the intake grille and the filter. (See Procedure 1.)
(2) Remove the electrical box cover. (See Procedure 2.)
(3) Disconnect the connector CNV (WH).
(4) Loosen the 4 corner panel fixing screw (tapping: 4 ×
16). (see Figure 4.)
(5) Slide the corner panel to the direction of the arrow 1,
and remove the corner panel.
(6) Remove the 4 installation screws (M5 ×28). (See
Photo 11.)
(7) Release the 2 temporary hanging hooks to remove
the panel. (See Photo 12.)
