Easy To Install
The RAS 2000 PowerRack is equipped with 16 serial ports and is expandable with
three additional sixteen-port serial cards (REX-16RJ-232). These cards come with
integral front panels and provide a total of 64 physical ports, 96 login sessions, and
up to 64 PPP/SLIP connections. The serial cards slide into chassis card guides and
are secured with front panel screw locks. All connections, except for the power ca-
ble, are conveniently located and visible from the front.
RAS 2000 units and expansion modules are easy to install and can be mounted on
a desk, floor, or rack. Surge/spike protection is standard on all transmit (TxD) and
receive (RxD) and data set signals.
