WHAT DO I DO IF:
my appliance does not work?
liquid is leaking from the base of the jar?
the preparation is leaking from the lid?
the motor slows?
the blade won't move?
the blade won't move even though the quantities have
been reduced?
ANSWERS :
Make sure the appliance is plugged in properly.
Check that the jar has been correctly assembled and
that the seal is properly positioned.
Check that the total quantity (liquids and solids) does
not exceed 1.75L.
The amount of food exceeds the recommended
maximum. Remove some food from the jar and blend
in two batches.
Remove some food from the jar.
Cut large food into pieces before chopping and use the
pulse function for best results.
Turn off and unplug the appliance. The blade is
probably not properly assembled. Check the blender
assembly.
