Holding both the "+" and "-" buttons pressed in takes you
from the Display menu to the Programming menu.

14.1 SPeeCH MeNu

In the "Speech" menu the parameters for speech output
can be adjusted:
Pause:
Time adjustment for the interval between speech messa-
ges.
Adjustment range: 5-30 seconds.
repeat:
At this point you can set whether the speech message is to
be repeated or not.
volume:
Volume setting for speech output and Vario tones. Howe-
ver, volume can also be altered from the Display menu. All
you have to do is hold the "ENT." button pressed in (see
page 10, chapter 13).
Adjustment range: 0-7

In the "Display" menu you can adjust the parameters for
the screen display:
Button beep:
Adjustment of button beep and warning sound volume.
Adjustment range: 0-7
lCD contrast:
Adjustment of screen contrast.
Adjustment range: 0-10
lCD backlight:
Adjustment of screen backlight duration.
Adjustment range: 10-Unlim (always on) seconds
