Attach the Calibration Cap

Attach the calibration cap to the device:
(1) Insert tab on calibration cap into slot on device.
(2) Press calibration cap as shown until it seats onto
device.
(3) Press both side tabs down onto device until they
snap into place.
(4) Ensure that the calibration cap is properly seated.
(5) Connect one end of the tubing to the calibration
cap.
(6) Connect other end of tubing to the cylinder regu-
lator (supplied in the calibration kit).

Span Calibration

To skip the Span procedure, push the  button.
If no button is pushed for 30 seconds, the device returns to Normal Operation mode.
(1) Once the Zero is set, the SPAN CAL?
screen displays.
(2) Connect the regulator to the calibration
check gas cylinder.
(3) Connect the appropriate calibration gas
to the device.
(4) Attach the calibration cap (see chapter
3.10 "Attach the Calibration Cap")
(5) Open the pressure reducer valve on test
gas cylinder.
(6) Press the q button to calibrate (span)
the device.
SPAN calibration starts.
(7) Close the valve after SPAN calibration.
