Malfunction
The appliance does not
drain the water.
The filters are not set
correctly.
The anti-flood device
operates.
The programme does
not start.
After the check, switch on the appliance. The
programme continues from the point of in-
terruption.
Fault code
• An audible signal op-
erates.
• The display shows
the message DRAIN
BLOCKED.
• An audible signal op-
erates.
• The display shows
the message CLOSE
FILTER.
• An audible signal op-
erates.
• The display shows
the message SERV-
ICE CODE .
Possible cause
The water pressure is
too low.
The water tap is
blocked or is furred with
limescale.
The filter in the water in-
let hose is blocked.
The connection of the
water inlet hose is not
correct.
The water inlet hose is
damaged.
There is a blockage in
the sink spigot.
The connection of the
water drain hose is not
correct.
The water drain hose is
damaged.
The appliance door is
open. The display
shows the message
PLEASE CLOSE
DOOR.
The mains plug is not
connected in.
Blow out fuse in the
household fuse box.
The delay start is set.
If the malfunction shows again, contact the
service centre.
If the display shows other fault codes, con-
tact the service centre.
Possible solution
Contact your local wa-
ter authority.
Clean the water tap.
Clean the filter.
Make sure that the con-
nection is correct.
Make sure that the wa-
ter inlet hose has no
damages.
Clean the sink spigot.
Make sure that the con-
nection is correct.
Make sure that the wa-
ter drain hose has no
damages.
Set the filters correctly.
Close the water tap and
contact the service
centre.
Close the door correct-
ly.
Put in the mains plug.
Replace the fuse.
