The hydronic heat actuator position has been greater
than the actuator command by 10% for 5 continuous
minutes.
The chilled water actuator position has been lower than
the actuator command by 10% for 5 continuous minutes.
The chilled water actuator position has been greater than
the actuator command by 10% for 5 continuous minutes.
The Outdoor Air Damper Input has failed out of range.
This voltage is an indication of actual damper position.
The Relief Air Damper Input has failed out of range. This
voltage is an indication of actual damper position.
The Return Air Humidity sensor has failed out of range.
This drives a 'fall back' response to Enthalpy Economizer
and Energy Wheel decisions.
The Return Air Temperature sensor has failed out of
range.
This drives a 'fall back' response to Enthalpy Economizer,
Energy Wheel, and possibly Rapid Restart decisions.
The Outdoor Air Humidity sensor has failed out of range.
No action is taken for this sensor failure only the Outdoor
Air Humidity Sensor Active has special action.
